Proof is one of the most powerful elements on any sales page. Get as much as you can on there and demonstrate your proof if you can. Use people’s names and pictures in your testimonials.
Are you having a conversation?
Sales copy is more like a conversation than a sales pitch. You have to picture it like you are talking to one person. It has to be a two way thing. Ask yourself, are you really talking about what concerns them most on a day today basis? Get them nodding their head as they move through the copy, agreeing with the points you making.
Are you creating empathy?
People buy when they feel understood. Your customer needs to feel that you really get them. That you have their best interests at heart and that you really understand the situation they are in and the struggle they are facing. This is a big stepping stone on the way to making the sale.
Are you confusing them?
Nothing kills a sale faster than confusion. If your prospect is not sure what you are talking about or if they are not sure exactly what you are offering, they will be gone instantly. You need to make it very clear what you are selling and what they need to do to get on board with it.
